Credentials
Sifu Irvin Burton has been a martial arts and fitness enthusiast for almost 2 decades, starting his fitness journey as a junior in high school and his martial arts journey as a freshman in college. He currently holds ranks in Kung Fu, Japanese Jujitsu, Judo, and is a Certified Self Defense instructor. In addition, he has training in Boxing, Sanda (Chinese Kickboxing), and is a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer (CPFT) through the National Exercise Sports Trainers Association (NESTA). In his free time he enjoys weight training, practicing the martial art skills he has acquired, and furthering his martial art knowledge by studying the art of Judo, in which he currently holds an orange belt rank.
